Can anyone confirm that I understand this pin out readings correctly?

1 = + right channel Speaker output.
3 = + left channel Speaker output.
2,4,6 = ground, probably ground for the right and left channel too.

Now the part I'm really unsure of and that is potentially critical.

9 = - 5v possibly I can just ground this normally and it will be good enough?
10 = + 5v

9, 10 will charge the tablet, correct?

I did have a look at the Russian link, impressive mod this person did. I can understand no more unfortunately, even with google translator.
