    Ideapad A1 Tablets

    Got my A1 ideapad thursday, GPS not working, 2 hours on hold for tec support, guy did not even know that it should have stand alone GPS. So much for tec support. Navdroid useless.Was hoping for a tablet that would work. Locks up with google maps.My droid X cell phone will do more than this tablet. They want to send me a new one, hope my GFs is better.

    Go into Settings...Applications...Manage Apps...All... scroll down and tap Maps

    Remove any updates... mine is version 5.8 and so far, all updates to maps (beyond 5.8) caused problems.
