About LinkBacksHave the problem on a novo 7 elf 2. Battery meter is stuck at 100 % This is a known problem as a check of the latest firmware updates list it as a fixed problem. There is a fix going around, but it requires root + terminal and my friend with the tab is a computer user, not a tech.
In my research, this apk turned up at the ainolstore website. heres the thread:

This would also require the tablet to be rooted.

you dont need to be a tech to install a custom rom, and once its installed its already rooted..
anyway if you do manage to get it rooted heres the 100 percent issue guide : -
