Need Help on my ONDA v712

Problem is that i cannot access well the screen of my onda V712.
it seems not in correct direction or the screen is not calibrated.
example: i want to touch letter A other letters is activated.
Just bought last December, 2013.

Hope someone could help.

done steps said on that forum but nothing happens..
still problem with my screen
is it possible to be a hardware problem?

Yes it is possible the screen could fail, have you tried resetting or re-flashing the tablet? If after flashing a new firmware the problem still exists then i would be looking to return it and sometimes with the cost to return it may be cheaper to buy a new screen.

Hi. I have that same problem however that screen problem doesn't stay that way all the time. Sometimes it would function well sometimes it won't, I couldn't determine though when and what triggers it. I have tried flashing my tablet and also tried the screen calibration.
Any thoughts about this? My tablet is just 2 months old.
