    Question Trouble creating a shortcut

    Hi!
    Because I have a wifi only 10.1 tablet, I can't always connect to the internet so -
    I saved an HTML web page from the browser and I want to make that locally saved web page a shortcut on my home screen. That way I can always call it up and view it quickly and easily.

    Can this be done? how?
