    3G question for VIA8650

I just bought an "7 inch android 2.2 VIA8650 epad tablet pc 3.0MP Camera, SUPPORTS EXTERNAL3G MODEM+..." for my daughter and I am trying the thing out myself before I give it to her. My question is - does anyone know where I can buy one of the 3G devices that is compatible with it? Also, what companies provide services for these devices. They list these models -

    TD-CDMA TD358
    HUAWEI E230
    HUAWEI E160X
    HUAWEI E169G
    HUAWEI E1750
    Alcatel X060S
    Alcatel X200
    CDMA2000 Bora 9380
