    MicroSD cards MUST be formatted FAT32 to work.

    NTSF will not work.

    This is also the same case for USB devices. Found that one out the hard way!

    What is NTSF and how do you format the SD card while in the tablet??

    plug it into your computer (using the SD adapter that came with it) and from your computer screen (C: main drive D:dvd ...etc...) right click on the SD card and select format. It will give you a pop up and make sure that it is checked to FAT32 and not NTSF or FAT.
