Not sure. I does have a mini usb adapter.

A simple method would be to load the files onto a microSD card and simply play your music from there.

I transferred all of my music files via the usb connection using a standard memory stick. The only thing I noticed was that any folder/file organization/manipulation should be done before transferring as it goes much faster on pc.

Did the same thing here, but actually attempted playback directly from the memory stick as well. Ran surprisingly well.

I use my mini SD card. I just placed the Mini SD card in its full-size frame, plug it into my desktop and download all the songs I want onto the mini. Plug that sucker back in, go to your little speaker icon and play your tunes. Works and sound great.
