TC8900 based tablet - screen calibration

I have a blueberry netcat m-01 with android 2.1 update 1. Few days ago, I downloaded an firmware upgrade from official web site, and then I lost calibration option in settings menu. When device is in horizontal position, I can't open notification bar nor I can click on home/back buttons due bad calibration. What should I do?

    Thanks in advance!
