Help! Computer doesnt detect Cruz

I'm sorry to make a new thread, but i searched some old ones, and tech support was no help. My computer won't recognize the cruz, so i can't add music and books. my computer doesn't have an sd reader, so i cant do it that way. i did the firmware update, and "the ADB USB Driver for Cruz ADB support", but nothing helped. When I plug it into the computer "Android Composite ADB Interface" comes up under the device drivers..i try to go to my computer to see if i can open it that way, but nothing. Any suggestions? I really am lost!

use an another USB cable or connected to another computer, if it works, then your tablet have no problems, try it,if still doesn't work, press the "reset" button,
