Every non live wallpaper I try to put on ends up being zoomed in and looks bad. I read it needs to be resized to 1024x1024. but can't figure out how to do it on the grab and none of the different wallpaper apps have it in there settings. Can someone please enlighten this confused person?

When you pick you image you should see a yellow box that shows what of the image will be used. Touch the line and you can resize it.

I have the same problem. I tried the yellow box method, but regardless of whether I leave the box in its default size, or I shrink it, or I enlarge it, I always get a cropped blurred image.
It wouldn't be so bad if you just didn't get such an awful blurred image. I've re-sized my image as well, but I keep getting the blurred image. Even in the XDA gTablet FAQ the answer to this question is something to the effect of, "There is no solution to this at this time." Someone MUST have solved this problem by now!
