problem with remote control

even after restarting the tablet I cannot switch rooms on the remote control. the room dialog box opens, a check mark appears next to the room I choose but the remote doesn't change rooms. this happened before but it always started working after shut down and restating.

solution:

had to delete the room that wasn't switching over and reload the devices in set up. now its working.
