Thank you for your prompt response and link. In desperation I downloaded another version of MalaRom 2.3.3 this one for the Samsung 2gb (even though I had the 4gb upgraded memory) flashed it and by God it worked. The keyboard is fine now. I am so relieved. Getting my M701 updated has taken me the better part of two days. Again thank you, I don't know what I'd do without this Forum. I got my Haipad two years ago for Christmas and now it works even better than new. Merry Christmas to you. Marie the GeekyGrandma

The 4k roms are for 2GB Samsung and 4GB Micron tablets. 8k are for the 4GB ones with Hynix ("HY") chips.

Re: Keyboard Fix (need to pull it from the SDK emulator - original Haipad Rom is 2.3.1 and MalaRom is 2.3.3 (you have to pull the keyboard files from the correct API)
