Besides a faulty wifi module all I can suggest is to try another firmware.
The Ployer firmware from 2012.11.29 works best for me on my MOMO11 II.
Right... probably pointless but have you tried to use Wi-Fi when you are really close to your router (I mean virtually sat on top of it).

Yes, as you can see The Chinese writing symbols on the back of the tablet and the slip are different.
The slip writing says MOMO11 Second...

I really don't know how you flashed using the rockchip tool... but to me it looks like you've got a MOMO11 Bird and not a MOMO11 Speed.
Could you take clearer zoomed in photo of the MOMO11 part on the back.
Have you ever had it working? If so on what firmware?
Do you have any clear photos of the back of your tablet?
