    No it didn't work on Marshmallow. Note that this is not a Chromecast but a Miracast/Widi dongle. My Motorola phone with Marshmallow is working...

    Battery Life seems OK but deep sleep is less effective then Marshmallow.

    I also have MX player install and the video skip sometimes like @PJBrs told in a previous post like every 2 minutes. I am running the Unlegacy ROM.

    If you want root, install SuperSU from recovery (Download) and you will get root access.
