    Unlit Buttons On Samsung Tablet

    I have just bought a Samsung Tab A 10.1. I am very pleased overall but am disappointed that the back and recent buttons are not illuminated. Is there some way that I can turn on the illumination?

    Please help resolve problem with Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1

    My tablet doesn't start unless it's connected to a laptop. It doesn't charge when its connected or otherwise. When it does start, it's goes into a reboot loop. My applications are all backed up. Willing to reset. What is the problem here? And what is the solution? Please help.
