10.2 apad epad with gps and camera... webcam help please?

Hi all

New to this site and was Wondering if anyone else knew how to get the camera on it to work as a webcam for MSN chat? does it require a special MSN type chat or another app to activate it? it has a button on screen for webcam activate but as soon as you push it the pop up says turn on bluetooth to activate and the tab doesn't have bluetooth...

all advice would be great..
