Bought this Sylvania tablet, got it yesterday, charged it the 6 hours. I turn it on and the screen lights up, but that's all. Will not let me do nothing else. Ready to retun it. Called the support line, say's everyone is busy. Don't know how many times I called. Sent support group a email, no response. Anyone have any ideas?

Most newer tablets have a tiny hole on one side or the other, just large enough for a small paper clip, (not the speaker jack). That's a reset hole, If you don't have one or a reset doesn't help I would arrange to return it to the place of purchase.
