    Hi there,

Been looking to get an android tablet for a while, and the transformer seems to be the daddy.

Can pick up a 16GB with dock for the same price as a 32GB without dock.

Given that I can buy a 32GB SDHC card for about £12 it would seem better to get the 16BG version would you agree?

Also those that have the dock, so you find you use the keyboard alot?

Also I realise that TFL101 "only" has the 1Ghz single core, but I'm guessing most app makers are going to spec their apps for the lowest speed machines?
So do you have any problems running the latest apps?

    Anything else I should consider?

    Welcome to the forum

I think the 16GB with the dock would work just fine. I originally had the 32GB TF101 and always wished I had saved the money by getting the 16GB. That seems to be a sweet spot and as you pointed out the memory is infinitely upgradable by way of 32GB microSD cards.

Just realized your title said with sock rather than dock so maybe it isn't worth it for a sock. ;);)

    Dock all day long.
    1. Battery all day and night
    2. Best screen protection you can get in your briefcase
    3. 2 full size USB ports... Can you say, attachments!
    4. Keyboard entry is still the way to go for real work
    5. Best tablet stand and positioner.
