1st day with my iconia a500. camera troubles

while playing with a few different camera applications, i discovered that my camera was no longer showing an image before i took the pic- now, when i take a pic, it shows a black screen and then my pic shows up as a small thumbnail on the bottom left corner...rather than full size. makes it quite hard to see what the pic will look like before i snap it.

any advice?

Never mind...figured it out.. just needed a reset.
