3g/4g doesn't work on Froyo iBex Super Pad II AKA Facepad for Facebook

I have 10" tablet, using latest. And greatest. All else works but APN under settings it even crashes. Goes right back to main menu. Doesn't even open. All I get is program stopped unexpectedly. If you need more info please let me know. I have full super user rights,, was upgraded to the Xoom platform...... Help

You need to turn wifi off first I think.
