7" 2GB Rockchip 2808 Dual Core Android Tablet PC - HELP :)

Hi Guys,

Just got myself the following Android tablet :

7" 2GB Rockchip 2808 Dual Core Android Tablet PC
RK2808 Chipset (ARM9 @ 600 MHz + DSP @ 550 MHz dual-core)
Operating System: Android 1.6
Sensors: Accelerometer ( G-SENSOR )


I have toyed around a bit with it and I have a few "newbie" questions.

* tried to download the applibs from applibs website but after installing the current, offered download version it says "not compatible with device"
is there a version I could download for android 1.6 ?

* app.market is pre-installed on the device. I looked around with it but when I try "search" it gives me no hits. I tried with name, name* , *name* these combos but none of them work. how do you search?

* is there a mozilla-firefox version available for Android 1.6 ?

* is it possible to install some Java app so that my wife can play java based web games such as Majhong online ?

and also if you guy can recommend a nice task manager, task killer or anything that can help running the device smoothly.

any other must have's are welcomed

No, I havent paid £149.99 for it my question is this : is it possible to upgrade this device from 1.6 to a higher version ?
