I just bought three of these tablets,and ive only opened one of them i go to the apps. Sometimes it will pop up say im not connected to internet and the signal strenth bar is showin goo at top. How the the big issue is i go to youtube and try to play a video and click the play arrow nothing this item will not play a single video online however it will play the factory installed sea video, these were christmas gifts now im afraid to open and try to set up the other 2 afraid of same problem am i doing something wrong or is this item known for this.. Any help is appreciated
