7" Galaxy tab insufisiant space error

Hi, I have a Samsung galaxy tab 7". I'm having problems putting anymore apps onto it. I keep getting a message saying "app name" download unsuccessful, insufficient space. Ive erased apps, deleted movies, i even did a factory reset and format and still the same thing. what do i do?

Check the installation folder location and see if its full... If yes, assign a different location for the installation... If not, try installing the program using external cards. hope that helps.
