7012 backup

Have got my 7012 setup with what I want on it. I would like to know how to do a backup in the event something happens and either apps act up or data is lost. Also, what is the path where the backup file is located? This shouldn't be that complicated but everything I read says to root and I don't want that. I am used to making a disk image on a PC, is there something similar on the Android?

It would be ClockworkMod, but AFAIK there is no version of CWM for 7012. I am not sure, but maybe FWDN or fastboot may allow you to do a backup. I suggest that you check other threads, if available, about CWM, FWDN and fastboot for 7012.
