I have a Kyros 8024 and the screen image was very faint. I removed the back cover and found that the ribbon cable was half out of the main board socket, I tried to push in , now it is all the way out and I am having trouble getting it back in. Is there a trick to this?
I don't want to force the cable as it seems fragile. Does anyone know if the main board socket snaps off to allow proper placement, I have searched the web and no info is available.
