I was on my tablet when it froze.. i proceeded to hold down the power button to reset it. power light turned off, i waited a few minutes then proceeded to turn it back on. it did not turn on but the light came back on.. i then tried to use the reset button which did not work.. continued to hold down power button for 10 seconds or so and nothing.. the only thing it is doing is showing the light come on and off. it's fully charged...
does anyone have any suggestions... this is only 8 months old.
