I have some simple questions that need answers:

1. How do I make a short-cut icon for a specific website on my home page?

2. Is the folder structure fixed? I have many audio books, and I'd rather
have a separate folder for them instead of loading them into the music
folder. Same for photos, and videos. Can separate folders be made and
would the correct app open when a file in one of these folders was
selected?

3. What is the procedure for downloading a flash video file from a website?
And, where would it be stored?

4. Do I need to get the latest Flash from the market, or is it already pre-installed?

5. Is there a peer to peer app in the market like MP3Rocket for windows?

I have some simple questions that need answers:

1. How do I make a short-cut icon for a specific website on my home page?

***Hit the star icon at the upper right of the web page--it will bookmark the page. Hold your finger to the home screen and it will allow you to choose bookmarks to add to the home page--or any other item from the bottom, like books, E-mail previews, etc.

2. Is the folder structure fixed? I have many audio books, and I'd rather
have a separate folder for them instead of loading them into the music
folder. Same for photos, and videos. Can separate folders be made and
would the correct app open when a file in one of these folders was
selected?

***haven't poked around too much, but ES file folder app is highly recommended. It appears as though you can manage file structure from that app.

3. What is the procedure for downloading a flash video file from a website?
And, where would it be stored?

***Check out "downloads" on the "apps" screen. It will show what you have downloaded. After a download, an arrow also appears at the bottom right of my tablet screen--near the time and battery--I click on it and choose what app to use for that download.

4. Do I need to get the latest Flash from the market, or is it already pre-installed?

***Don't know--follow the adobe flash link. Mine was not pre-installed.

5. Is there a peer to peer app in the market like MP3Rocket for windows?

***Good question :)

I hope someone more knowledgeable than I am takes a moment to respond. I hope I was at least some help :)

The app is ES File Explorer, and it is on the Android Market--free, of course.

Thanks for your reply. It was very helpful.
I sort of stumbled into the answer to # 1. by trial and error.
And, I have already downloaded ES File Explore, Astro and File Manager HD from the market. I'm sure one will create new folders.

But, the question remains, will the various music players search all the new folders that have been created on the internal memory
and\or the external microSD card or USB jump drive?

My media sharing server pulls all music, pics, and videos from the external drive when I open clearfi or videos apps. Make sure the service is turned on and that the media type you want to share is selected. Mine was off by default.
