I got this thing a day ago and it is not what I expected from an Android System. I have owned my Devour for a few years and have had no issues, but this is getting rediculous. It is more of a bare-bones Android OS (it doesn't even have the Android Market) and after hours upon hours of searching for the Android Market, it now says I can't install it without some program that unpacks .apk files. So, I found it...but ran into even a greater issue as it will not let me download it to this pad. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time in advance.

This might fall under the category of you get what you pay for. I bought an R series Cruz and that might be totally different, but it only has 1.2 and has very few Android apps that work with it.

Download the Android Market app to your computer, then transfer it to your Cruz sd card (after unmounting it and removing it from the Cruz). Remount the sd card, then use Astro to locate the sd card and install the app.
