A100 - How Do I Turn Off This Silly Vibration Effect?

ive already turned off haptic feedback in the settings and rebooted the machine several times to check if the settings sticks. which it does... but doesnt actually work.
but the stupid machine still persists in vibrating when i pick up and move icons or widgets.

how do i remove it completely?

its currently on 3.1.2 honeycomb.

Have you tried Sounds.vibrate on touch ??

Why are you still on Honeycomb? ICS really makes this tablet shine.

Go to settings and check the keyboard settings under languages. VIBRATE on TOUCH should be OFF. It drove me nuts with ICS update which turns everything ON by default.
