I recently purchased a basic A13-MID tablet for my mum, and to be fair for £50 im very impressed. It does everything we throw at it (iPlayer etc) but unfortunately there seems to be a slight problem with the display and I think it may be linked to a software issue.
So, when the tablet is switched on all is fine and works OK. However, when she tries to play candy crush, certain parts of the screen go black (which appear to be certain layers)
I think this is also backed up by the fact that when you go into the app menu, you can scroll through the different windows but there are no apps listed.
This is then rectified by turning the device on and off, which makes me think its a software issue. It is approximately 2 months old, and has apparently always done it.
Any advice?
