Oops, I just proved that it is worthwhile to replace the rear SD card slot cover....
There is a small camera lens cover, mounted on a semi-rectangular base, that fits over the camera module. However, it is held in a small recess by nothing other than an indifferent adhesive.
I recommend to all, that before they place the A2109 in a case, or carry it, that the SD slot cover is replaced. Luckily, I saw the 1/2" long by 1/4" wide lens cover hanging askew off of the recess. Put it in my pocket until I got back home...
