Hello I bought a tablet wm8650 with android 2.2 system, I tried to download applications from the Android Market site (https://market.android.com/) and I can not get an error ...
says, "your account is not synchronized with any android phone"

i has similar problem, my case was with google talk

the solution i tried and worked is this:
1.go to settings
2.go to applications
3.go to manage applications
4.go to all tab
5.go to "market" application
6."clear cache" then "force stop" - DO NOT CLEAR DATA
7.now go to "google service framework" application
8."clear data" then "force stop"
9.reboot your machine
this is what i did and it fixed the problem
(use at your own risk)

Thanks so much for this solution. I did hours and hours of research and tweaks to my WM 8650 tablet and this is the only thing that worked. Other solutions involved changing your google account extention from .gmail to .googlemail among others. One of the other issues was a error that said "could not log into google talk" something like that any way. Thanks again.

I also wanted to add that the issue with Market seemed to reoccur when i downloaded a certain app. Gesture search for the tool bar. Don't know why but your posted solution fixed the issue again and all is well so far.
