Access error

    Hi all,

    I have a Onda Vi40 (8gb) all good but I have not used it for 6 months. I fully charged it and tried to log in using my pass number but it keeps saying "sorry incorrect" even though it is the correct code. I contacted people where I had the tablet from and they advised to upgrade the firmware and gave me the website, great no worries only the website is in Chinese (of which I don't speak).

    So i have tried to find an English site to upgrade it but I cant seem to find anything. i have tried the reset button which did not work and have attempted a hard reset again to no avail so can anyone else help??
