Accounts & Sync missing from settings on Coby 8127

I bought a new Coby 8127 and found the dreadful that I couldn't use the Android Market. Thanks for this forum, I was able to setup Android Market without rooting. I have even downloaded apps from the Market and everything works like a charm except that the "Accounts and Sync" does not appear in the Settings. I notice that Accounts & Sync is loaded and shows as a running process.

I will appreciate all help to get the Accounts & Sync appear in my settings.
