I have just purchased the above and am pleased with it apart from the problem with connection, I can get online using my dlink whilst at home, but I cannot get a connection with 3G, I am with telstra on a monthly plan, it will not recognise the mobile, can I do anything to correct this

Welcome to the forum

If you are talking about a 4G dongle chances are very good it won't work. If you are talking about a phone, more info would help. If a dongle I have some info in a link below that may help, or not.
