Acer Iconia B1 A71 LCD replacement

Hi! I cracked the LCD(internal) of my tablet and I have order a replacement from ebay, I just need help knowing how exactly I am to do this, do help, I would appreciate it a lot because my tablet makes my life much more easier

Only thing I have found so far is at [Q] Acer Iconia B1 A71 Root - Pg. 3 | Android | XDA Forum . Not a true teardown. Have you ever taken a tab apart before? Are you OK with it possibly not working when you're done? (I ask that because I've been there, done that.) If not, check your local area for guys that do cell phone and tablet repair. Most of them are fairly reasonable on price.
