acer micro sd card problem

    Hi i just place a 32gb microcard in my tablet and it says my card is emulated and it wont let me transfer over apps or even pics or music can anyone help tyvm

    The MicrosSD card, and indeed the entire Acer is shown as a MTP device when viewed by a computer. Its not shown or treated like a real disk drive.

    It is for this reason that most people NEVER cable their Acer to their Computer, and instead keep a MicroSD to USB adapter handy for large transfers, or use a USB Thumb drive for transfers

    Either that or they get a Free File Manager app from the Android market such as ES File Explorer or File Manager HD which can access your computer over the wifi to access disk shares on your computer, and then do copy operations from the tablet instead of the PC.
