I found Acer Sync to be a totally useless annoyance. It fails every time it runs, and it only syncs 4 items. Google automatically keeps all my devices in sync with everything, and does it without having to initiate a syncing session.
As someone else said, Acer Sync is a limited and unneeded extra layer.
That said, I still prefer the Acer to something like the Transformer, which I discovered has a lot of Honeycomb functionality removed from it. Better extra stuff you don't need, than having key features missing.
