Adobe Flash Player Android Tablet 2.2 Zt 180

How can i update my operation system so that i can view live videos. I cannot install the adobe flash player which should enable to do this

Hello thank you my android 2.2 has a camera but it will not download adobe flash player although it is listed on the android market. The strange thing is ican watch videos from utube but i cannot install itv player because it requies the adobe flash player very odd i must say!!!
