Alarm Sounf After Flash Update

I just downloaded and sideloaded Flash 11.1 after the honeycomb update. After a reboot I get a 3-tone alarm. Tried rebooting again and also tried uninstalling flash 11.1. Alarm sound remains. Has anyone had this problem, or know how to track down what is causing the alarm sound? I am unsure wether or not I rebooted after the honeycomb update.
