I just bought this tablet and have problems with it. Need firmware for the tablet.

You should ideally get the firmware from your supplier. If he can't provide it ask where he got it from in Shenzheng,Use Alibaba.com to contact the supplier.

Yes I know it's not going to happen. Your only solution is to try different image files that are available and hope one works.
The process is a nightmare and is guaranteed to drive you demented.
Now that you realise you have an expensive chopping board if you wish you can send it to me and I will try and find an image file which works.
It will cost you the postage to me and back to you which is not much. I cannot guarantee success but if you have any other option follow it.
