All winner a13 opposite button working

Hi

am hing someone can help got this allwinner a13 tablet but its doing the opposite of what we telling! Eg to unlock have to swipe to opposite side of screen, switch off have to press cancel instead of power off? Then it freezes can anyone help please?!

Actually, that is really odd. Hopefully someone who knows this tab better will be along soon to assist.

My best advice is to try a factory reset and see if that helps.
