Already purchased apps/games on second Tablet..?

I've just given my 16Gb Nexus 7 to my sister (her Laptop literally exploded) and was wondering if I can re-download all the apps & games I've already paid for to the new 32Gb I'm about to buy..?

If you did a factory reset on the one you gave to your sister then use your original credentials on the new one you should not need to repurchase any of the apps. Even if she was using your creds you could still download already purchased apps. No worry.
