Amazon silk ported to the 7022

Hey guys,
Just thought I would share this link. Follow the instructions here http://rootzwiki.com/topic/9813-ported-amazon-silk-browser-from-kindle-fire-working-on-thunderbolt/ I know it says thunderbolt,but it works just fine on the 7022. I will post screenshots later. Enjoy

Have you tried it? Any good? I was reading some of the kindle fire reviews and a lot of people said the browser was slow...?

I personally like it. The reason why many people think it is slow is because as a default it is set to let the system decide how to load the web pages.For some reason it always chooses to load the non mobile version of almost everything. Under settings you can change this and it works much faster. I had previously been using opera mobile,which i would have loved,except for the fact that it launches downloads internally inside the app so it doesn't show up on the status bar. Silk fixes that. It is a very simple process and worth a try.
