Andriod Tablet 7"

I got my tablet two days ago and started to play with it but from the beginning I struggled with the internet connections and my tablet freezed a few times. But since this morning when I wanted to turn it on, only the green android apeers and nothing else, the green LED light is on but nothing else. I did try to reset it with that small hole in the side of the tablet but nothing happens. What must I do?
