android crash

my android tablet won't load up or even get to that point it only displays the android icon and goes no further what is wrong with it and how can it be fixed?

Welcome to the forum. I'm assuming that your tablet was working at one point. Did you install an app just before this started happening? I wish I could provide you with an answer about where to go from here, but maybe someone will come into the discussion can help.
