So, www.google.com/android/devicemanager can find locate my TF700 just fine. However, no sound comes out when I request it to ring. It does display a notification: "Android Device Manager Ringing …". But, that's it. Any ideas for making it ring?

    Thanks.

    Welcome to the forum Greg

It would ring if your TF700 was a phone. But there is no ring tone to use so nothing happens. Google doesn't have a clue that it isn't ringable.

Thanks for the reply. I just assumed that since the tablet has a sound system that it would figure out a way to make a sound just like it does for email and other notifications. The distinction between sounds and a ring tone is a little lost on me.
