Android OS on Dell Latitude ST

I have a Dell Latitude ST Tablet that has Windows 7 installed on it. I would like to get rid of Window 7 and install Android 4.1 on it, is that possible and if so could you provide some details of how.

Welcome to the forum

As of this moment, there is no way to do that, and may never be. Android has yet to be programed to run on an Atom processor. If you could get it to run at all, which is doubtful, you would probably lose the use of the peripherals.
