Android Quiron Tablet Stuck on Android Logo

I bought a Android Ankar Quiron tablet a few days ago and the battery ran out, so I connected it to the AC adapter to charge it. I left it there and when I thought it was done charging I decided to turn it on, when I did it stayed on the android logo for a long while. So I powered it off then on and the same thing happened. This happened before on my Motorola Defy Mini and all I had to do was restart the cellphone from the recovery menu, accessing it by pressing the volume "-" and the power button together, so I did the same on the tablet and it wouldn't even start up, I've also tried leaving it until the battery ran out and nothing, also tried charging it fully over night after letting the battery run out and nothing. Any solutions? I would be very grateful.

PD. It runs on ICS 4.0
